“Just Be You.”
The last meditation and in some ways the simplest. Three words. A permission slip. An instruction so basic it should not need to be written thousands of times — and yet here we are. Here we all are. Spending enormous amounts of energy being everything except exactly what we are — performing, adjusting, shrinking, expanding, editing ourselves for every room we walk into. Written thousands of times the phrase becomes both mirror and medicine. A reminder that the you underneath all of that performance is not only sufficient but necessary. That the world does not need another version of someone else. It needs the unedited, unguarded, fully inhabited version of you.
The margins on this one are worth the price of the piece alone.
